I Love My Arms (Arm Flex, No Pump)

I was requested a few months ago to make a close up arm flexing video, and decided today, sure, why not. I love training arms. sadly though I dont have dumbells and rely on band work and bodyweight work for arms. this video was taken with no pump except for forearms and triceps a little bit. (I recently found that supersetting forearms and triceps feels amazing) I know my biceps shrunk a little bit, that's due to me cutting back the chinup volume because I was doing 170 chinups a day 3 days a week and that caused some tendonitis, so now I mostly do over handed chinups (pullups) but still do chinups and superset it with barbell curls and reverse barbell curls. the vascularity is starting to become more prominent and I love it. I just wish my arms were thicker from the front, but I know they will continue to fill out if I stay consistent and keep up the grinding. after re-watching the video upon splicing it together, I noticed my forearms were disproportionate a little to my biceps and triceps, that's because I had a solid forearm pump though lol. I love training forearms. Another reason I cut back on the chinup volume is so I can use that time and energy on training legs. I know my genetics arent very special, but I'm happy with my arms. plus biceps are easy for me to work, I have been prioritizing triceps more than biceps lately though.
