Post Workout Pump (rear delts and chest)

Hey guys, just uploading this for future reference to check if I continue making gains or if I hit a plateau. The first 2 minutes is after a back and rear delt workout and my rear delts had a nice pump going, I rested an hour or two, then got my chest work and rotator cuff work done. my chest in the second half of the video had a good pump going, which is rare, because I hate hitting chest.. I only do dips and landmine presses for chest because those are the only two exercises I can do without irritating my shoulders. I cant bench because it causes major pain, I'm currently limited in my workouts to using bands, an olympic bar, and bodyweight exercises, since I don't have plates.. Also ignore my messy hair and the depressing music lol, i listen to depressing music and metal when i workout.. and I'm wearing pajama pants in this video because, why not? they're warm and comfortable 🤣🤣 Thank you all for your support and nice comments ❤❤ it truly means alot to me, and helps keep me motivated to keep pushing.
