¡Felices 500 años, Santa Marta!

We commemorate the birthday of the heart of the world with culture, memory, and the resilience of the Indigenous peoples who have protected the Sierra Nevada for millennia, and with great strides. During this administration's three years, we have commemorated its history with great progress: the expansion of Tayrona Park, which now covers half a million hectares; the construction of two desalination plants that will guarantee the right to water with clean energy; the first megadata center in Latin America; and the new Faculty of Quantum Sciences at the University of Magdalena.
