Aerial Silks/Hammock SEQUENCE - incl. PRETTY SHAPES, MINI-DROP, SPINNING- step-by-step explanation

Hey guys, today I am walking you through a little sequence that can be performed on either an aerial hammock or aerial silks (with a knot in it).
