Recipe Ingredients For the dough 200g plain white flour 200g rice flour 100g sugar 100g peanut butter 60g (1 medium) eggs 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch salt 120ml water For decorating Approximately 40g peanuts Preparation 1. In a bowl, sift the plain flour with the rice flour. Then add the sugar, salt, and sifted baking powder. 2. Mix the dry ingredients. 3. Crack the egg and add it to the center of the dry ingredients. Mix everything together, adding the peanut butter and enough water (about 120 ml) until you obtain a dough that can be worked with your hands. 4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. 5. Knead the dough and divide it into 4 pieces. From each piece, form a long rope. Cut the rope into 1.5 cm wide pieces and shape them into balls, much like potato gnocchi. 6. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 7. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. 8. Place a shelled peanut in the center of each ball. Did you know that...
