Installing a Solas propeller on a 2019 Mercury ProXS 115.

In a recent adventure to trout fish at Norris Dam, I scuffed up my stainless steel propeller going over a rock in shallow water. I decided a temporary swap to an aluminum propeller might be a good idea. In this video, I talk about that trip a little, and then show the entire process of installing the new propeller. then, I take it to the lake to try it out. Hope you enjoy. Public Service Announcement (HA HA) after I filmed this video, I read on Mercury's website that the Wide Open Throttle rating for my boat is no higher than 6200 RPMS. It was running as much as 6400 RPM straight off the showroom floor, so I didn't know this. With this new, lower Pitch, propeller, I will have to stay OFF the throttle and limit the RPMs to 6200 from now on. I hope to move to a 23 Pitch Stainless next summer perhaps. Thanks for watching.
