However, I recommend pre-fermentation on my channel because it helps reduce yeast odor and stabilizes the fermentation.❣️ -----------------------------------------------♡ ◉ The strong flour I use is Camellia. (Imported wheat) 12.5% protein. *If using a low-protein strong flour, reduce the amount of water. Start and adjust as you knead.⚠️ -----------------------------------------------♡ ○Chocoan Bread (approx. 64 pieces) ※Double the batch when using the time-saving method.❌ If you want to double the batch, follow the same instructions as in the 3-minute kneading video.⚠️ ◉Pre-Rise (Ingredients) ・Water...35g ・Milk...80g ・Dry Yeast...2.5g ・Sugar...1g ◉Dough (Ingredients) ・Strong Flour...160g ・Salt...2.5g ・Sugar...26g ・Butter...22g ⭐︎Chocolate bar for wrapping...to taste ⭐︎Anko (red bean paste)...to taste ◉For Finishing ・Unsalted Butter...to taste ⭐︎Storage Instructions Once cooled, immediately place in an airtight bag and store at room temperature.
