This recipe brings with it the flavors of the Mediterranean with roasted peppers, ripe tomatoes and onions, all blended for a rich, smooth sauce that's fantastic on robust red meat like barbecue steak, a pork roast or a sliced black angus . Finally I present to you my personal version of tzatziki sauce. I decided to add a personal touch to this classic Greek sauce, making it perfect to accompany a light and succulent grilled meat, perhaps a homemade kebab. The freshness of the yogurt mixes with the crunch of the cucumber and a pinch of garlic, creating a perfect combination for a summer day. Preparing these sauces is not only a way to improve the dishes we serve, but also an opportunity to use seasonal and high-quality products.
