Testimonio católico 📌 Entró a misa por casualidad… y salió con una vocación

Juan Manasa, a seminarian from the Diocese of Cuenca, recounts his vocational journey from a childhood without religious practice to his discernment and entry into the seminary. Although he grew up in a family with little connection to the Church, an initial impact upon seeing an image of the crucified Jesus awakened in him a profound yearning for faith. After a period of active commitment and a subsequent distancing during adolescence, he returned to the Church at the age of 14 thanks to an encounter with a parish priest, experiencing a confession he describes as liberating. During Mass, he clearly experienced the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist, at which point he felt the call to the priesthood. With spiritual guidance, he began a process of discernment that led him to the seminary, where he experiences this stage as a “courtship” with the Church.
