DASHCAM 130mph!!!ARKANSAS STATE TROOPER join chase from TEXAS, SPIKE STRIPPED AND PITTED

On July 08, 2022 I was notified that Texas DPS was in high-speed pursuit of red Hyundai Elantra. I was advised the occupants of the vehicle were throwing packages of a white powder substance believed to be contraband out of the window. The vehicle was traveling east on I-30 coming into Arkansas. I went to the 4 mm crossover and setup in the median. Before the vehicle got to my location, I entered the interstate and began to slow the traffic down with my lights on. The vehicle passed me around the 6MM and I began to pursuit it. I pursued the vehicle for approximately 30 miles during this time the vehicle had speeds of over 130 MPH, passed vehicles on the shoulder, swerved and drove in a reckless manner. The Hope PD attempted to spike the vehicle at the 30 MM which was unsuccessful. Trooper May and Trooper Neese attempted to spike the vehicle at the 36 MM. At this time, the vehicle slowed down and went around the spike strips and went into the median. When the vehicle emerged from the median and entered the roadway again, I performed at pit maneuver which lead to the vehicle spinning out to the south side of the roadway. We were able to take both subjects
