Saturday Happenings & Sunday Dessert | Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake Ingredients: Filling & Topping: 1/3 cup all purpose flour 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 TB cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp allspice 3 TB melted butter Cake: 2 cups all purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 9 TB butter, softened 1 cup sugar 3 eggs 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup milk Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 inch baking pan. Mix filling and topping ingredients. Divide and add butter to one of the bowls. Set aside. In a sperate bowl mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt. Beat butter with a mixer until fluffy. Add the eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and milk. Slowly add the dry ingredients. Spread half of batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle filling evenly in top. Spread on remaining batter. Sprinkle topping on top. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
