Budget Challenge: Living on £7 for a Week - Day 1

I'm attempting a new budget challenge where I'll be living on £7 for the whole week - that's £1 a day! I feel like in this current climate, we do need to think about our lifestyle and how we can help each other out by trying to live on a bit more of a budget.
