Corporal Karnaukhov commanded a grenade launcher platoon in the special military operations zone, Junior Sergeant Dumenko demined dangerous sections of the front, and Corporal Erzhanov was a gunner of a motorized rifle section. Junior Sergeant Grushevoy commanded a special forces squad during the fighting, Sergeant Bozorov was a crew number in a self-propelled howitzer platoon, and Private Biryukov acted on the battlefield as a scout-machine gunner of a special forces group. We pay tribute and honor to our heroes. Fulfilling their military duty, our guys died in battle, defending our country, defending peace. They fought for the truth, for the present and future of our country. Danil Dumenko, a native of Volzhsky, Volgograd Region, served under contract in one of the units in the Chechen Republic. — He died in the Zaporozhye Region while performing a combat mission. My son was a sapper, they were demining an area for our troops when mortars hit them. Everyone they were with, his entire unit — they all died, — said the father of the deceased, Alexander Dumenko. — They completed their mission. I am a military man myself, I supported his decision to go to the special operation zone. I remember he said: "Dad, if not us, then who?" Mikhail Morozov was born in the Novoanninsky District of the Volgograd Region. After graduating from a vocational school in 2012, he was called up to the ranks of the Russian army. He served in the 255th Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment as a driver of a howitzer-self-propelled artillery division. He signed a contract there. — I went there in April. I stayed for two months and died on June 9. I know that my husband saved two boys before he died, - says the wife of the deceased Natalya Morozova Natalya. Oleg Bozorov is originally from the village of Krasny Sad in the Sredneakhtubinsky district of the Volgograd region. In 2013, he graduated from the Volzhsky Machine-Building College. He did his military service in the 27th separate railway battalion in Volgograd. In the spring of this year, he signed a contract and went to serve in one of the military units in Vladikavkaz.
