Выжили на войне, но... Истории российских солдат, вернувшихся на гражданку
#ptsr #russia #stories Today, thousands of Russians are returning from the war in Ukraine, often unable to find their place in civilian life, suffering from PTSD and other mental disorders and finding themselves socially excluded. The inhibition against violence disappears in the mind of those who participate in a war of conquest. Russians who have been on the front lines then bring all this home. The number of crimes committed by those returning from the front is steadily increasing. And Russia has yet to fully grasp the scale of this problem. This film tells the stories of two young men. They were lucky enough to survive the war, but were left disabled. Were they able to overcome their fears, trauma, and aggression? Do they want to return to the front? Do they consider themselves war criminals? And what do they think about the future of their country? 🔵 Timestamps 00:00 "After the fighting, I have mental health issues" 00:40 "The younger a person is, the more the war leaves a mark on them" 03:10 "I don't want anyone to rummage around in my head" 05:48 "On the front lines, you turn into a wild animal" 08:09 "He aged 10 years" 09:38 What do people who returned from war miss in civilian life? 11:12 "Well, that's it, I've fought enough—that's what I thought" 13:09 "After the fighting, I have panic attacks" 16:27 "A calm boy who likes to shoot" 17:51 "People are returning whose ban on violence has been lifted" 19:06 "Now I have everything I thought and dreamed of" 20:51 "I paid my debt to my country, and the state is doing little" "It's probably better to die than to kill someone." 11:57 PM "There are plenty of people like me in our country." 🔵 Read the text version of this article on the Important Stories website ▶️ https://storage.googleapis.com/istori... 🟢 Support Important Stories: ▶️ https://istories.media/donations/ 🔵 Important Stories on Telegram and Instagram: ▶️ https://t.me/istories_media ▶️ / istories.media
