We will take you through how to prepare this at home For more yummy recipes visit: / sreenathrecipes / sreenathrecipes http://www.sreenathrecipes.blogspot.in / malluadukkala . / sreenathrecipes Ingredients Boiled eggs – 3 Garlic cloves – 5 Sliced onion – 1 ½ cup Red chili – 2 Green chili - 1 Tomato – 1 Saunf (fennel seeds) – 1 tsp Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Pepper powder – ½ tsp Garam masala powder – ½ tsp Coriander powder – 1 tsp Sesame oil – 4 tbsp Mustard seeds – 1 tsp Curry leaves – 1 sprig Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp Water – 2 cups Process Heat 2 tbsp of sesame oil in a thick bottomed pan over medium flame Add 1 tsp of fennel seeds (saunf) and 5 slit garlic cloves Saute this for a few seconds and add 2 red chillies Now add 1 ½ cups of sliced onions and saute till it turns translucent Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder and 1 tbsp of coriander powder Saute this for some time and add 1 chopped tomato When the tomato turns soft add a little salt Mix well, turn off the flame and allow it to cool Transfer this into a blender and grind this Keep it aside Heat 2 tbsp of sesame oil in a thick bottomed pan over medium flame Add 1 tsp of mustard seeds When it splutters add 1 slit green chilli and 1 sprig of curry leaves Saute this for some time and add the ground paste Add 1 ½ cups of water and mix well Cook this over low flame for 5 minutes Now add the boiled eggs and mix well Cook this for 2 minutes Add ½ tsp of pepper powder, ½ tsp of garam masala powder and 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves Mix well and turn off the flame This would go well with chapati,roti,dosa, idli or aappam Please try it out and post your feedback
