The road disappeared before reaching Laguna Parón in Peru 🏍️🇵🇪 In this chapter, we experience one of the most breathtaking adventures of our motorcycle trip through Peru: the climb to Laguna Parón, one of the most spectacular lakes in the Cordillera Blanca mountain range, located near Caraz, in the Ancash region. We set off towards one of the most stunning landscapes in the Cordillera Blanca, but the mountain had other plans: 32 km of climbing, over 2,000 meters of elevation gain, running on fumes… and a landslide that forced us to abandon the motorcycle. The road to get there isn't easy. Demanding climbs, a dirt road, high altitude, curves, and views that literally leave you speechless. But when we arrived… we understood why so many say that Laguna Parón is one of the most beautiful landscapes in Peru.
