Residents of Lerma will learn a historical outline of an important former hacienda in the Toluca Valley that was dedicated to agriculture and livestock, as well as its various owners: descendants of encomenderos, mendicant orders, capitalist entrepreneurs, and a population of peasants who emerged as a town on the hacienda called San Nicolás Peralta.
