Jabbour notes that the second day will see military sessions to discuss withdrawal maps, communication mechanisms between the Israeli and Lebanese armies, and mechanisms for monitoring the ceasefire and the deployment of the Lebanese army—pivotal questions that the negotiating delegations are expected to address.
