This time, the challenge was all local but super heated: 4 bakeries, 2 in Frascati and 2 in Marino, directly comparing what I love most... pizza, leavened goods, and savory breakfasts. Because yes, for me, baking is a serious thing: it's identity, everyday life, the smell of morning, and beautifully floured hands.
