This time we're in the Pigneto area, 5 minutes from the legendary Largo Venue (a place where I've seen an indecent amount of concerts over the course of my life). If you're from Rome, you know exactly what I'm talking about... and you've probably driven around for minutes looking for a parking spot at least once. My thoughts are with you, and I'm here to hug you. 🫂 Today, however, we're here to try IMHO, a very recent new opening in the city created by a well-known face in the Italian gastronomic scene: the chef is Alessio Congias, previously behind the Santì project, a contemporary trattoria. I've tried it in the past, never on my channel, but the first time was private with my sister, almost two years ago. But here the atmosphere changes completely... and we're going for the kind of food I like best, as you already know... street food, sandwiches, and bistro cuisine. Fortunately, it's not the usual predictable or "already seen" offerings, and both Bruce and I really appreciated that. Oh, listen carefully, don't make me nervous, uncle: if you love onions, onion rings are a MUST.
