I really hope you like them 😍 Tart dough: ➡️2 cups of wheat flour (240ml cup) ➡️2 tablespoons of sugar ➡️1 whole egg ➡️5 tablespoons of butter or margarine ⭕Molds used: number 2 (pie mold) ⭕This amount of dough yielded 26 tarts (in the number 2 mold) ⭕Oven at 180 degrees (bake until golden) ➡️Remember that in the video I made more dough, to double the amount. 🔴 SHELF LIFE of the dough: can be frozen for up to 3 months (wrapped in plastic wrap) 🔴 Filling (lemon mousse) ➡️Half a can of condensed milk ➡️Half a can of cream ➡️Juice of 2 lemons, squeezed 🔴 Shelf life of the filling: up to 5 days in the refrigerator ⭕Yield of this filling (42 tarts in pan number 2) 🔴 Base filling for both fillings (chocolate and strawberry) ➡️1 can of condensed milk (395g) ➡️3 tablespoons of cornstarch ➡️1 sifted egg yolk ➡️400ml of milk (1 and a half cups) ➡️1 can of cream (200g) ➡️1 tablespoon of flavoring powder or 1 25g packet of powdered juice (for the strawberry filling) ➡️3 tablespoons of chocolate powder (for the chocolate filling) 🔴 SHELF LIFE of this filling: up to 4 days in the refrigerator 🔴 Yield of this cream (51 chocolate tarts and 51 strawberry tarts, in mold number 2) 🔴 Remember that the yield depends on the size of the mold you use, this was my yield, in the mold number 2. 🔴 Suggested price for sale: This size that I made (in mold number 2), can be sold for R$2.50 to R$3.00 reais each unit (depending on your region).
