Tonight for tea we had bangers & mash! A great British staple :) We usually have baked beans when I make sausages and mashed potato…but for a wee change, I made a delicious onion gravy. I used pork sausage links in this video…but use beef or even chicken sausage links if you prefer….or you could use Quorn sausages as a meat free alternative. Everything I used will be listed below, -Cheryl x _____________________________________________________________________________________ What I used (serves 3 - 4 people) For the Sausages 6 - 8 good quality sausages (pork, beef, chicken or Quorn sausage links) I used pork.
