With the acquisition of the K-tem Supermarket store by Cobal Supermercados in the East Zone of São Paulo (Penha, SP), I received a job offer and saw an opportunity for professional growth by relocating to the region to work for the chain as a merchandise replenisher. After that, I received several promotions within the Cobal chain, such as: Prevention Agent (I followed exchange routines, rotating inventories, recording internal product movement, supply management, monitoring waste output, production, tallow/bone, and other internal controls), Purchasing Assistant, Stockist, Checker, Storekeeper, Fiscal Writing Assistant, Fiscal Writing Assistant, Store Manager, Store Manager, Civil/Labor Representative, and Creator of the GIPP (Internal Loss Prevention Group) project (ABRAS Case Study). After graduating in Law, I began my professional internship at Álvares e Plena Assessoria Empresarial, a law and accounting firm specializing in supermarkets in the city of Guarulhos, where I became a Lawyer/Consultant/Speaker, conducting Loss Prevention audits, monitoring expert reports, training, and developing internal controls and materials for supermarkets. I created the Legal Loss Prevention and Compliance Advisory Center for Supermarkets, responsible for serving 90 supermarket stores in Greater São Paulo. I currently run my own retail consulting firm, BaseDoze Strategic Consulting, where I develop solutions in Loss Prevention for Supermarkets, training, internal controls, strategic internal marketing, and exclusive games.
