Ясный язык: новые законодательные требования и практика применения

On May 27, 2026, the Center for Curative Pedagogics and the Special Childhood Expert and Methodological Center held an open webinar on "Clear Language: New Legislative Requirements and Implementation Practices." On September 1, 2027, legislative provisions on the use of clear language will come into force in the Russian Federation. Clear language is a way to make information more accessible and understandable for people with various perception difficulties, including people with intellectual disabilities, cognitive disabilities, the elderly, and other groups requiring information adaptation. During the webinar, we discussed: What is clear language and how it differs from text simplification; What legislative changes are emerging; Where and how should clear language be applied; How to adapt information for different user groups; What challenges and prospects are associated with the implementation of clear language in Russia.
