In this video, I talk about one of the most important truths for those who want to live in the countryside or already own a small farm: a farm shouldn't consume your life. It shouldn't become an endless list of tasks, expenses, maintenance, animals, crops, repairs, and obligations that depend entirely on you. Living in the countryside can be beautiful. For me, it has been one of the best decisions of my life. But precisely because I love this life, I believe we need to talk about it without romanticizing it.
