Low-Impact Workout with Weights: Compound Exercises
This low-impact workout with medium weights uses compound exercises. You'll do a three-part sequence on the right then left. Another three-part sequence on the right then left. And then you put the two together doing the six-part sequence on the right then left. Rest time after each sequence is 30 seconds. I guide you through the whole thing so don't worry if that sounds confusing! EQUIPMENT NEEDED —Set of medium-light weights (I'm using 8lbs) WORKOUT BREAKDOWN See 1:49 for a preview of the exercises.
