In this video, I take a dusty old HP Z240 Workstation I found on Facebook Marketplace for $45 and turn it into a legit gaming machine. It started with just 4GB of dead RAM and an Intel integrated GPU barely pushing 10FPS. But with smart upgrades and budget parts, I transformed it into a 60FPS beast. Here’s the full upgrade journey: 1. Cleaned the dusty workstation ($43) 2. Upgraded from 4GB faulty RAM to 20GB DDR4 ($22) 3. CPU upgrade to Intel Core i5-6600 ($10) 4. Replaced a failing 500GB HDD (17% health, 200+ bad sectors) with a 500GB SSD ($25) 5. Cloned the old drive with EaseUS Disk Copy to keep Windows & games 6. Installed a ZOTAC GTX 1060 3GB GPU ($55) Total cost: under $150!
