This piece is a reaction to the darkness of the present world which is countered with simple, unconditional love and faith. Framing a contrasting 2nd verse, the song begins in a light-hearted harmony which progresses into a tumultuous chorus reflecting the tragedy of warfare. It finally ends off with a triumphant melody that emphasises the true essence of the song.
