2- Operations of Codex - Understanding the Codex Alimentarius Commission or Codex

This e-learning series on the Codex Alimentarius Commission focusses on reviewing the structure and operations of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC). It was developed as part of the Codex Outreach Program, funded by the United States Codex Office with the aim to be disseminated as an open access program through the Global Food Regulatory Science Society (GFoRSS). The material used to develop this e-learning program combines self-generated material by the training team, as well as material previously made available by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the Secretariat of the Codex Alimentarius Commission. Some material and information related to the time of production and may have evolved or changed.
