Ingredients: 1 egg white 190g sugar 130g honey 30g water 200g oven-roasted almonds Heat the honey, sugar, and water. When the mixture reaches 120°C (248°F), beat the egg white until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the egg mixture when it reaches 140-150°C (284-300°F).
