Segmented woodturning including vertical plywood
This video is about me turning a pot or urn on my lathe. I found some birch plywood and thought it would make a great effect for a top of a pot if it was vertical segments. The rest of the pot will be ash and mahogany. At the end of the project i thought i'd like a funnel shaped opening like the top of a carburettor on a Webber carb. And to finish i filled the bottom hole with a piece of scrap end grain ply. I hope you enjoy the video and don't forget to comment. The music in the video is by my son Jacob for contact @ultrawoody1968 Feel free to use my ideas but please work safely
