Ingredients: Chicken – 500 g Curd – 2 tbsp Chilli powder – 3 tsp Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Pepper powder – ½ tsp Cumin powder – ½ tsp Oregano – 1½ tsp Salt – to taste Oil – 3 tbsp Butter – 2 tbsp All-purpose flour (Maida) – 1½ tbsp Milk – 1 cup Chilli flakes – ½ tsp Salt – ¼ tsp Shredded cheese – ½ cup (or more if desired) Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp Method: Marinate the chicken with curd, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, 1 tsp oregano, and salt. Let it rest for at least 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry the marinated chicken until fully cooked and lightly browned. In another pan, melt the butter. Add the all-purpose flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps. Add the remaining oregano, chilli flakes, and salt. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly. Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked chicken and mix well. Add the shredded cheese and chopped coriander leaves. Sprinkle a pinch of chilli flakes on top, cover the pan, and cook on low heat until the cheese melts completely. Serve hot and enjoy!
