We’ll focus on smooth transitions, joint mobility, and sustainable strength without rushing or forcing any shapes. ✨ This practice is accessible and adaptable. You’re encouraged to use yoga blocks and a blanket at any time—especially for extra knee padding or support. If you experience knee sensitivity, place a folded blanket under the knees or modify poses as needed. Listening to your body always comes first.
