Today we're making stir-fried Asian noodles with lots of colorful vegetables and a super delicious sauce! It's one of the easiest and quickest Asian dishes. I'm using cooked mie noodles, various vegetables, spices, soy sauce, and honey. Sriracha sauce and peanuts are a must... 🍜 You'll need the following ingredients: ▢ 250g mie noodles ▢ 2 tbsp peanut oil ▢ ½ red bell pepper ▢ 5 spring onions ▢ 3 carrots ▢ 1 clove of garlic ▢ 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger ▢ 1 tsp each of chili flakes, curry powder, turmeric, coriander, and paprika (optional) ▢ 2 tbsp honey ▢ 4 tbsp soy sauce ▢ 1 lime ▢ 1 handful of peanuts or cashews ▢ fresh coriander or cress 🥬 Of course, you can also add other ingredients to the recipe, such as bok choy, broccoli, snow peas, or even meat like chicken, turkey, or duck.
