Pease Air National Guard Base Pease Air National Guard Base is a military installation located in Newington, New Hampshire, adjacent to Portsmouth. It is home to the 157th Air Refueling Wing of the New Hampshire Air National Guard. The base occupies part of the former Pease Air Force Base, which was closed in 1991 under the U.S. Defense Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) process.
