Thierry shares here some keys to regeneration that he tested on himself when he was between life and death due to unhealthy lifestyle habits: natural remedies, diet, lifestyle, rest... What if we listened to our bodies? Because they are much more intelligent than we think! Thierry lives in the Catalan region. He studied science and earned a master's degree in nuclear physics. At 33, he found himself between life and death, his body exhausted by unhealthy lifestyle habits. This was a real turning point for him: he radically changed his way of life, immersing himself in scientific studies of physiology and organic chemistry, searching for keys to regeneration and good health. After applying these principles to himself, he has been offering natural advice on nutrition and lifestyle for several years through his YouTube channel, workshops, and retreats.
