Full-Body Yoga for Rowers | Warm Up, Activate & Improve Performance

This yoga class is designed specifically for rowers looking to build strength, improve mobility, and move more efficiently on and off the water. The practice focuses on core stability, joint mobility, and lower body activation to support a stronger, more balanced stroke. This session also includes a gentle warm-up and balance work to improve coordination and prevent injury. All of the class is modifiable and adaptable, making it accessible for any level of yoga practitioner and athlete or if you are working through injury.
