Компрессионный перелом позвоночника. Реабилитация после операции в Центре Бубновского

Rehabilitation after spinal surgery is a complex process that requires persistence and time. Many are frightened by the failure of rehabilitation at other centers. But consider this: is a wheelchair really a lifelong commitment? There are examples of successful recovery. Dr. Bubnovsky is confident: anyone can get back on their feet. You just need to begin rehabilitation IMMEDIATELY after spinal surgery. Compression fracture of the spine? Dr. Bubnovsky's method allows you to recover from the most severe injuries. Neck brace? See how willpower and exercises on the Bubnovsky simulator help people at the Bubnovsky Rehabilitation Center. The hero of this video is Alexander Kochin. His spinal injury was an accident during renovations. Before his spinal injury, Alexander was a tattoo artist. After the injury, he decided to continue his favorite hobby and return to work. His drawings are improving every day, as are his prospects for recovery. Sasha came to us from Serov in the Sverdlovsk region with a cervical spine injury. He spent over 12 hours with spinal cord compression. Imagine his condition, but look at this. Sasha was helping a friend renovate. According to Sasha, his friend convinced him that the demolition permit was in place and unnecessary, and a three-ton slab fell on Sasha's head. Naturally, he couldn't avoid a fractured cervical vertebra—a compression fracture of the spine. Surgery, coma, intensive care, and complete immobilization of both arms and legs. Rehabilitation after spinal surgery is not easy. Now I have a burning sensation in my legs. The burning is from the blood vessels, the blood—it's great, the blood flow is being restored. We did one cycle of training—my feet started sweating and the burning sensation returned. Can you imagine your prospects? He was here downstairs for 12 days, and with each session, the results are improving. Everything's getting better, all the indicators, there's improvement practically every session. That is, this is how we visualized it, so we can understand. The most important thing is that the vascular sensitivity has improved, sweating has appeared, and the autonomic nervous system has improved. Sasha, it's a matter of time. What's next, what's next? Squeeze my arm with your knees. No, they're not working yet. Squeeze your legs – they're not working? There we go! The leg is working, but without the body, and we're exhaling correctly. Again, there you go, engaging the muscles! Lose weight so you don't have a belly, get into it, and squeeze your legs a hundred times. A hundred times in the morning and a hundred times in the evening. You see, his fingers are still working, now they're working. Just two days ago, he was lifting his arm, and it was hanging lifelessly. And now he's started moving it and making the right movements. Two days ago, his arm wasn't moving, the guy practiced for a week, and then he developed tetraparesis. He had bedsores, we didn't want to take him anywhere, but in 12 days, he was eating with a spoon. I also want to talk about his work, but it wouldn't be interesting if these paintings were done by someone with healthy hands. But everything changes because these are Alexander's drawings. Alexander used to work as a tattoo artist; here are his works before his injury. Here are his works four months after his release from the hospital, and Sasha drew this drawing for me just a few days ago, while already at the Injury Rehabilitation Center. And all this is because he's working on himself. He's recovering, and he really wants it. We admire Alexander greatly and will fight to the end for his recovery from his spinal injury.
