Ingredients: • 2 eggs • 100 g sugar • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/3 tsp baking soda • 200 g unsalted butter • 600 g all-purpose flour • 150 g your favorite jam Instructions: 1. Beat the eggs, sugar, salt, baking soda, and softened butter until smooth. 2. Add the flour in two batches, mixing first with a fork and then kneading by hand until the dough is soft and elastic. 3. Divide off one-third of the dough, flatten it into a disc, and freeze for 40–60 minutes. 4. Press the remaining dough into a baking pan, creating a base and sides. 5. Spread your favorite jam evenly over the dough. 6. Grate the frozen dough over the top. 7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
