We often move through our days disconnected from our internal experience, only noticing our nervous system state when we're already overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted. This daily check-in practice teaches you to notice earlier, regulate sooner, and meet yourself with compassion. In this practice, you'll: 🌿 Check in with your current nervous system state (Am I safe? Activated? Shutdown?) 🌿 Notice what your body is holding without judgment 🌿 Use gentle stretching to release tension and regulate 🌿 Practice self-awareness as a form of self-care 🌿 Reset your nervous system mid-day before stress accumulates 🌿 Build the habit of checking in with yourself regularly This is your daily invitation to pause, notice, and respond to what you need — not what you "should" be doing.
