Homemade bread at home 🍞✨ Ingredients : 500 g Japanese high-protein flour / bread flour 300 ml Milk 60 g Sugar 6 g / 1 teaspoon Salt 7 g Yeast 1 Egg 50 g Butter (room temperature) Egg Wash: 1 Egg yolk + 1 tablespoon milk Instructions : 1. Mix : Add milk, egg, sugar, flour, salt, and yeast into the bread maker. 2. Knead : Select Knead Mode for 30 minutes. 3. Add butter : Once the dough forms a ball, add the butter and let the machine finish kneading. 4. Rise : Let the dough rest and rise until it doubles in size (around 1 hour). 5. Egg wash : Gently brush the top of the risen dough with the egg yolk and milk mixture. 6. Bake : Select Bake Mode, choose Light Crust, and bake for 1 hour. 7.Butter glaze : Take the bread out and brush the top with butter while it is still hot. 8.
