"Aibō" is a drama about a career detective, Sugishita, who works for the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Special Investigation Unit, a department that handles cases from a distance. The first film, starring Mizutani and Yasufumi Terawaki in 2008, has been followed by three films starring Mizutani and Oikawa (2010) and Mizutani and Hiroki Narimiya (2014). Seven years after the incident, the Japanese government receives a ransom demand for the missing girl. The Japanese government rejects the demand, labeling the Birds a terrorist organization, but the demand morphs into an indiscriminate mass terrorist attack that shocks the world, targeting a sports victory parade attended by 500,000 spectators...
