What Do You Do After a Training Plan?

After completing my first ever cycling event, I was left with no training plan and a few questions about what to do next. Whilst that might sound daunting, having absolutely nothing planned can also be quite freeing. Without a specific goal to work towards, you’re able to explore different workouts and go for rides for the simple fact that you want to. In this video, I delve into a few examples of what you can do when you find yourself in that in-between period after reaching a goal.
