Women-Led Enterprises Key to Building Climate-Smart Economy: Sentiyanger Imchen

Nagaland Chief Secretary Sentiyanger Imchen has called for empowering rural women with modern technology, clean energy, financial inclusion, and market access to build a climate-smart and resilient economy. Speaking at the Trade Facilitation Fair organised by the Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM) in collaboration with the SELCO Foundation in Kohima, Imchen highlighted the crucial role of women-led enterprises in driving sustainable rural development. He also urged financial institutions to extend greater credit support to Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and rural entrepreneurs.
