Sometimes there are signs that wee might benefit from talking to a counselor but we ignore them. In this video I go over about 13 signs that suggest it might be time to talk to a counselor. The support a friend or family member may offer is not the same as what a counselor will offer. A counselor offer a space that may allow for you to re organize how you think about your problem and a lot of times walk away with a different understanding and even a new solution.
