David Mikhail is Founding Director of Mikhail Riches Architecture and Planning. He first analyses the land use distribution between buildings, pedestrian routes, greenspace and vehicle access and parking on typical modern housing estates and compares the figures with his project at Goldsmith Street in Norwich.
