This is a collection of automated announcements from Kasamatsu Station on the Meitetsu Nagoya Main Line and Takehana Line, located in Kasamatsu Town, Hashima District, Gifu Prefecture. It's a two-platform, three-track, above-ground station with station staff on duty 24/7. It's a major station where all trains except the μ-Sky stop, and is the starting point of the Takehana Line. There are no passing facilities; platform 1 is primarily used by Takehana Line trains, while platforms 2 and 3 are used by Nagoya Main Line trains. The volume is normal, but there is a nighttime volume setting, which lowers the volume in the early morning and late at night. Platform 1 is the only platform where trains are stopped, and for some reason, platform 2 always plays the same approach announcement twice, with arrival announcements played twice on each platform, and the latter half of the passing announcement repeated twice. The arrival announcement text remains the same even when trains stop at the station and enter the storage tracks. Standing guards are required during the morning rush hour, so overlapping announcements are common. A unique feature of the announcements at this station is that only downbound local trains that are waiting for express trains at neighboring Ginan Station are announced to that effect, and because platform 1 is a male voice, you can hear the downbound male voice announcement on early weekday morning trains departing from Hashima City Hall to Gifu. However, upbound local trains that change type at Sugaguchi do not make this announcement.
