The plaintiff and his mother say today is the first time he has ever met the defendant, who is also his father. His mother claims she never asked the defendant for help with their son because he was so abusive. But today, they’re suing him for unpaid child support. The defendant says the plaintiff was conceived after he and his mother were divorced, and he claims she tried to use their child to force him into remarrying her. He claims when he refused, she skipped town and kept his child from him.
