To start this quest you need to talk Xur on Eternity, next go visit Shaw Han to get the next step which is to complete the new Dungeon Grasp of Avarice. After that visit Shaw Han again to get the next step to gather Wolfpack Rounds from powerful Fallen on the Cosmodrome. After gathering those visit Shaw Han then Banshee-44, who will task you to complete the Lost Sector Exodus Garden 2A. Return to the Cosmodrome to assemble Gjallarhorn and take it to Shaw Han to receive the weapon.
