DEAD MALL - The Point at Carlisle Plaza - Carlisle Pennsylvania | ERA_Productions

Hello everyone, and welcome to The Point at Carlisle Plaza in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Originally known simply as the Carlisle Plaza, the property would begin life in 1964 as an outdoor shopping center. However, Crown American would convert the shopping center to an enclosed mall in 1976. However, by the 2000s, the mall would be struggling. Most of the mall would be converted into a Lowe’s home improvement store, but a small portion of it still remains. it remains today as a time capsule of 1970s mall architecture, and has not been touched since it’s opening. However, only a handful of tenants remain inside. So let’s take a walk through the point at Carlisle Plaza, and see what it holds in store for us!
